Flip 7

Be first to 200 total points.
Hit to draw, or Stay to bank the round. A duplicate number busts you.
Seven different numbers end the round with a 15-point bonus. After a round, the first sole leader at 200 or more wins.
On your turn
Hit takes one card. Stay ends your round and protects your points. You need a card in your hand to stay. Turns go around the table one at a time.
A repeated number makes you bust: zero points for this round. Your earlier scores stay safe. Seven different numbers end the round for everyone and earn you 15 extra points. The 0 counts as a number.
Know the deck
There are 94 cards: one 0, one 1, two 2s, through twelve 12s; three of each action; and one each of +2, +4, +6, +8, +10, and ×2. High numbers are worth more, but repeat more often.
The cards that change things
FreezeChoose an active player, including yourself. Their round ends and they bank their points.
Flip ThreeChoose an active player to take three cards. Stop if they bust or reach seven numbers. Extra Freeze / Flip Three cards wait until the three draws finish; they are discarded if that player busts.
Second ChanceKeep it. It saves you from one duplicate; discard both the duplicate and this card. A second copy must go to another eligible active player, or be discarded. It cannot stop Freeze.
Scoring & winning
Add number values, apply ×2, then add plus cards and the 15-point Flip 7 bonus. Example: 5 + 7 with ×2 and +10 = 34 points.
Score everyone when the round ends. If the highest score is at least 200, that player wins. Tied leaders? Everyone plays another round until there is one winner.
The dealer rotates each round. The deck carries over; discards are shuffled only when it runs out. Cards still on the table stay out of that shuffle.
